After a short break, we will head to our second walk. The starting point will be at the necropolis and at El Castellon – a village from the high middle ages. The remaining tombs will surprise us and we will walk between oak trees.
We will walk a circular track and we will get access to the archaeological site El Castillejo – from the Iberian and Roman period. The village is situated on a rocky promontory with open views towards the large plains, which are now filled with olive groves. The landscape is rough and limestone has formed cliffs, narrow gorges and caves. Among the vegetation we will find some dolmens.
